Did you know that July is National Ice Cream Month? When I found out, I knew I had to make a roundup of my top ten ice cream flavors! These are all Trim Healthy Mama compatible (click here for my quick synopsis of the plan), no sugar added, either low carb or low fat, and most are allergy friendly as well (although I’m still working on a dairy free ice cream recipe). Enjoy! Comment below with your favorite ice cream flavor!

Back when I could still eat sugar, my favorite ice cream in the world was Baskin-Robbins Jamocha Almond Fudge. Oh, I miss that! I will occasionally eat the “no sugar added” Hersheys turtle kind that we get a local ice cream store. I just love ice cream…period. 🙂 Thanks for sharing, Briana. God bless you.
