Banana Cream (THM:E, low fat):
Dash each vanilla, banana extracts
½ banana, sliced

Orange Cream (THM:E, low fat):
Dash orange extract
Chunks of orange/tangerine/cutie
NOTE: Omit the orange chunks for a THM:FP.

*If you're making a THM:S variation, the yogurt can be full fat. **A squirt of liquid stevia would be even easier than doonking out the dry stevia powder. Please add more sweetener if you desire.
