Strawberry Shortcake Waffle

Ingredients
Topping suggestions:
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Low-fat cottage cheese
  • Squirt of Reddi-wip
  • Homemade sweetened whipped cream (This makes the waffle a THM:S.)
Instructions
  1. Whisk the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix again. Bake in a greased waffle iron until slightly crispy on the outside. Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
Notes
*If you don't have my baking mix on hand, you could try substituting with 3½ - 4 T. THM Baking Blend. I haven't tried this, so I don't know if you'll get the same texture or not.
My baking mix is a Fuel Pull in controlled amounts such as I used in this recipe. However, if you want to stay in Fuel Pull mode, keep any additional fats to a minimum.
