To all my Trim Healthy Mama peeps, be aware that the recipes I have linked here are all approved for the THM plan in an S setting (at least at the time of this post’s publication), but the blogs themselves may not be entirely THM-friendly. I wanted to reach outside my usual sphere and find some recipes from non-THM sources that fit the plan to show you that we have lots and lots of options!

Use a nut butter instead of flour? Say what? You bet! (This makes the waffles a little heavier on the calories, but I’ll bet they’re amazing!)
