We actually do get snow here in upstate South Carolina, believe it or not. Not often, but once in awhile we get a real snowstorm…peanuts compared to what you poor northerners get, but pretty big for us. We got a nice covering of snow in January, and here’s what we did in it:
My poor mini van covered in snow…
Katelyn and Windy Gail…
Josh having fun sledding…
Nikki and Josh built a snowman…
Nikki – armed and dangerous…
Josh building a ramp for his sled…
Windy and Katelyn traipsing through the front yard…
Cantering up the lane…
Next 5 pictures credit to my sister Katelyn…
Our stallion, Rocky, watching the commotion…
Me and my buddy Traveler…
Traveler really seemed to enjoy the snow, surprisingly (he can be a little grumpy by nature)…
Daddy and Rocky tooling around…
Rocky was raring to go…
Murphy…
Katelyn has claimed Murphy as her future show champ…
Murphy’s mom, Molley, whom Katelyn enjoys riding…
Destiny…
It’s hard to get pictures of horses who constantly follow you around…
Um, photobomber (this happened very frequently)…
Mocha…
Stormy (we call her Eeyore sometimes because she’s short and has a habit of looking dumpy and grumpy, but she’s actually pretty sweet)…
Destiny and Buttercup…
Katelyn has taught Murphy how to give kisses. Not sure if good idea…
