Heat the almond milk and coffee together in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.
Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients to a blender. Add the hot liquid and blend until smooth and creamy. (Be careful when blending hot liquids, and vent the blender as needed to release pressure.) Enjoy!
Notes
*You could try using carton (not canned) coconut milk for a nut-free version. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure. **Most people will probably want to add more Super Sweet Blend.
