Velvety Cappuccino
THM: Deep S, low carb, sugar free, gluten/egg/nut free (see Notes section)
Serves: 1
  1. Heat the almond milk and coffee together in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.
  2. Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients to a blender. Add the hot liquid and blend until smooth and creamy. (Be careful when blending hot liquids, and vent the blender as needed to release pressure.) Enjoy!
*You could try using carton (not canned) coconut milk for a nut-free version. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure.
**Most people will probably want to add more Super Sweet Blend.
