Strawberry Cheesecake Whiteout
THM:S, Low-carb, Sugar free, Gluten/nut free - this is my healthy version of the Strawberry Cheesequake DQ Blizzard!
Serves: 1
  1. In a small frying pan, toast the unsweetened shredded coconut in ½ tsp. of butter. Set aside. You can also place the coconut flakes on a baking sheet, spray with a cooking spray, and broil until lightly toasted.
  2. In a blender, combine all other ingredients except for the strawberries and cream cheese.
  3. Add the strawberries but only pulse briefly so some chunks are left.
  4. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and swirl it and the toasted coconut into the shake by hand. Enjoy!
If you have some cheesecake on hand, by all means chunk some up and stir it into the shake.
I changed the name to "Strawberry Cheesecake Whiteout" on 12.6.16, but the recipe is the same as before.
