Banana Milk
THM:E, low fat, no sugar added, gluten/egg free || To make this nut free, try carton coconut milk instead of the almond milk. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure. To make this dairy free, omit the cottage cheese. The drink isn't quite as rich and creamy, but it's still good. If you do this, consider adding some of the optional additions in the Notes section for additional flavor and a thicker texture.
Serves: 1
  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
Feel free to add some banana extract for extra flavor. Other possible additions would be some strawberries and/or some defatted peanut flour (not nut free, obviously).
If you don't have collagen, you can try using a protein powder of your choice, but I personally don't care for the taste.
