Peanut Butter Cookie Doughsicles
THM:S (These popsicles are a pretty light S. 1 popsicle on its own is actually a Fuel Pull, but any more than that gives you an S.), low carb, sugar free, gluten/egg free
Serves: 12 popsicles
  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm (several hours or overnight).
  2. Since these are pretty light, feel free to enjoy two or three!
*Do not use fat-free half and half. I do not recommend substituting all almond milk for the half and half due to texture issues, but if you don't have half and half on hand, I would substitute it with half almond milk and half heavy whipping cream.
**I do not recommend substituting a less concentrated sweetener for the xylitol because the sugar alcohols help keep the popsicles from freezing so hard.
