PB&J Milkshake
Low-carb, low-fat, sugar-free, THM:FP, Gluten free - I make this in my Ninja single-serving blender cup and it just fits.
Serves: 1
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ⅓ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½-1 scoop protein powder (if you're not using this shake for a meal, you could probably decrease or omit this)
  • ⅛ tsp. glucomannan
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp)
  • 2-3 T defatted peanut flour (or use 2 T natural peanut butter for a THM:S option that is no longer low fat)
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth (I like to use our Ninja single-serving blender cups). Enjoy!
