Raspberry Italian Cream Soda
THM:FP, Low-carb, Low-fat, Sugar free, Gluten and peanut free
Serves: 1
  1. Blend for 5-10 seconds. Let set for 10 seconds. Blend again.
  2. Serve over lots of ice and top with Fat-Free Reddi-Whip if desired.
Three things are key: 1) the raspberry flavor needs to be strong, 2) the drink needs to be sweet, and 3) it needs *lots* of ice. As in, pour this over a glass chock-full of ice.
Substitute your favorite extract or flavor oil for the raspberry, if desired.
For Vitamin C powder, I just use Ball Fruit Fresh. You can find it at a local grocery store.
