Chocolate-Covered PB&J Protein Mess
 
 
Low-carb, Sugar-free, THM:S, Egg Free, Gluten Free

Ingredients
  • Cottage cheese (I probably used a rounded ½ cup)
  • Handful of sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 T natural peanut butter
  • Cocoa powder (I probably used a slightly rounded tablespoon)
  • Low-glycemic sweetener to taste (I used 2 doonks of THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder; a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together and enjoy!
Notes
If you omit the peanut butter (or use defatted peanut flour) and use low-fat cottage cheese, this snack is low-fat as well as low-carb (a Fuel Pull for THMs).
