Pumpkin Spice Latte
THM:S, low carb, sugar free, gluten/nut free - drink this with a meal or make it as a dessert - I would add a little more protein powder if using it on its own as a snack
Serves: 1
  • 2 cups strongly-brewed Gingerbread Spice tea (I used Celestial Seasonings brand), or tea of choice, hot
  • 4 T canned plain pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-3 tsp. THM Gentle Sweet
  • Hearty pinch salt
  • 2 T heavy whipping cream
  • 1 T THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
  • Rounded tsp. refined coconut oil
  1. Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth and frothy. Always be careful when blending hot liquids! Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if desired. Serves 1.
