Peanut Butter Cake Batter Shake
A strange flavor? Maybe. But it's definitely my favorite shake flavor of all time. // THM:S, low carb, sugar free, gluten/egg free (be sure to use brands that are allergy friendly if necessary)
Serves: 1
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or more if needed to get it to blend)
  • ½-1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 2 T natural peanut butter*
  • Scant ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Rounded ¼ tsp. glucomannan
  • 2-3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder
  • Dash of butter extract
  • Dash of almond extract
  • Handful of fresh spinach to add some color and veggies (you could also add 2-3 drops of blue food coloring, but you'll be missing out on some great greens)
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth (our Ninja single-serve blender cup works great). Enjoy! Yields one serving.
*You can use 3-4 T defatted peanut flour instead to make this shake a Fuel Pull.
