Ingredients
  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup frozen strawberry slices
  • ⅓ cup frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or carton coconut milk for a nut free option)
  • Dash of orange extract
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
