Peanut Butter Milkshake
Low-carb, sugar-free, THM:S, Gluten/egg free
Serves: 1
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Our Ninja blender's single serve cups work great for this.
*I like to use crushed ice in my shakes because a) it's easier to measure, and b) it's easier on the blender!
To lighten up this shake, you could use defatted peanut flour in place of the peanut butter (but you'll need 3-4 T because the peanut flour is not as strong-tasting as peanut butter). You can replace the cream with half and half or almond milk, but it obviously won't be as creamy. Using defatted peanut flour instead of peanut butter and half and half or almond milk in place of cream would make this shake a Fuel Pull for Trim Healthy Mamas (low carb and low fat).
