Add the egg whites, Greek yogurt, and water and mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped apple.
Bake the batter in a greased waffle iron. When the waffle is done, top with low-fat cottage cheese and some sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
Notes
*This is just oats ground up in a high-powered blender or coffee grinder. Use gluten free oats if necessary. **Try substituting unsweetened applesauce for the yogurt if you're allergic to dairy. Do not top the waffle with cottage cheese, obviously.
