Great Product, Worst Ever Delivery

Great Product, Worst Ever Delivery
First the good news, love, love, love the product, this was my 3rd order. It's taken weeks, but I can tell a difference in my skin, hair and nails. I'm hoping with time it will help my joints. No taste and it dissolves easily in my morning coffee. In the beginning, both my husband and I took 4 tablespoons a day, but we've cut back to 2-3 as it was a little expensive with both of us using it. Plan to continue taking it indefinitely. Now the not so good news! This was the 4th shipment in 5 weeks (I'm a heavy Prime shopper) that have been left on the ground in the pouring rain, behind my vehicle's rear wheels. Our house has a covered front porch where packages are shielded from the elements and it is actually closer to the street than where they have been leaving them on the ground at the garage door. Makes me wonder if they drive down the driveway and toss the package out in the direction of the garage. Otherwise it makes no sense to put packages in the rain when it is closer and quicker to put them on the porch. This day, I did not see this package before putting the car in reverse so I drove over the box. Others I've either spotted before they were damaged or the contents survived. These were not delivered by my usual USPS carrier, these were delivered by the folks in the white vans. I think FedEx, USPS and UPS all hand off packages to these drivers to deliver. I can find no information anywhere on the package about the delivery company. So no way to load up the box and go complain in person. I think this is also why the 2 day Prime delivery is slower than it used to be. Using these subcontractors is adding a day, sometimes two days to the delivery period. I'm seriously thinking of dropping $50 and having a vinyl sign made that reads "Don't even think of leaving a package here - put it on the porch" and hanging it on the wall of my home.Since one container survived and the other exploded, I'll be contacting Amazon for a replacement. They are usually super about delivery problems, just wished they would exercise some control over the quality of the delivery personnel. The guidelines for leaving reviews says not to talk about delivery, and I don't want my review to reflect badly in anyway on the product or seller, but it was an Amazon Customer Service person who told me to put my comments about the delivery problems in the product feedback and that someone would see it when the review was checked for content. Hope it works.
