Strawberry Milk
THM:FP, low carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten/egg/nut free
Serves: 1
  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk*
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3 large strawberries (approx. ¼ c. fresh or frozen slices)
  • 2 T. collagen
  • 2 T. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/16 tsp. (2 doonks) THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (or more, to taste)
  • Dash vanilla extract
  1. Blend the ingredients together until creamy and smooth. Taste and add more sweetener or strawberries if desired. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
*Use carton coconut milk for a nut free version.
