Classic Strawberry Milkshake
THM:S (with FP option - see Notes), low carb, sugar free, gluten/egg free | To make this nut free, try substituting carton coconut milk for the almond milk. Most people with nut allergies can have coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure.
Serves: 1
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until completely smooth. Enjoy!
  2. You can top this with a squirt of Reddi-wip or a dab of homemade sweetened whipped cream if you like.
Using low-fat cottage cheese and omitting the cream, this would be a THM Fuel Pull. (Stick with fat-free Reddi-wip for the top, if you do this.)
The cream in this recipe makes it more like a traditional milkshake, and since that's the only significant source of fats, the shake is still decently light, especially if this is your meal. The recipe makes quite a large milkshake (close to a quart), so if you're having it as dessert after a meal you may need to share with someone or cut the recipe in half.
