Peach Slushie
THM:E, low fat, no sugar added, gluten/egg/dairy/nut free
Serves: 1
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
*It's important to use a fresh or thawed peach, not a frozen one, so the slushie has enough liquid.
**Do not omit the collagen: it's important for creaminess and body. You can try replacing it with vanilla or plain protein powder, but I don't care for the taste.
A few raspberries would be a yummy addition!
