S'mores Frappé
THM:FP, low carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten/egg/dairy free
Serves: 1
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. (I use this Vitamix model.) If you want a thicker frappé, add a couple extra coffee ice cubes, and feel free to add more THM Super Sweet Blend if you so desire. Enjoy!
For a creamier THM:S frappé, you could use a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter in place of the defatted peanut flour. You could also replace a few tablespoons of the almond milk with half and half or heavy whipping cream (not dairy free). I like it as-is for a very light snack, but feel free to tweak!
You could use whey protein powder instead of the collagen in this drink, but you may be able to taste it and the drink will probably fluff up more.
