THM:E, low fat, no sugar added, gluten/egg free | This smoothie can be nut free if you use carton coconut milk in place of the almond milk. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy! (I used our Nutribullet.) Feel free to top the smoothie with a squirt of fat-free Reddi-wip if you like.

Feel free to add more ice for a thicker shake; I wanted more of a smoothie consistency. Feel free to add some whey protein or collagen for additional protein. The cottage cheese adds about 10g protein on its own.
