Description
THM Fuel Pull, low carb, low fat, sugar free
Ingredients
- 12 coffee ice cubes (coffee frozen in standard ice cube trays)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons collagen
- 1 tablespoon THM Super Sweet Blend (or more, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon glucomannan or xanthan gum
- pinch of salt
- Possible toppings: a squirt of fat-free Reddi-wip and some sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together really well in a high-powered blender until fluffy and creamy. (I use a Vitamix.) Taste and add more sweetener and/or flavorings as desired. Maple extract, cocoa powder, etc.
Notes
I love this frappé as written and wanted to keep it dairy free, but if you want a richer result, feel free to add a few tablespoons of half and half or heavy whipping cream. Three tablespoons of half and half will keep you in Fuel Pull territory, but using over one tablespoon of heavy whipping cream will give you a THM S.
As written (without toppings), this frappé can actually be used in a Deep S setting! It doesn’t have any fats of its own but can help fill you up along with a Deep S meal. Do not add half and half or heavy cream if using this in a Deep S setting.
I made a few updates to this recipe on Jan 6, 2026. More coffee cubes, only Sweet Blend and no stevia for sweetness, more collagen for additional protein, and a pinch of salt.
