Description

I’m not going to say that this Peppermint Milkshake is as good as Chick-fil-A’s, but it’s high protein, sugar free, and pretty delicious. I think you should try it. THM S

Ingredients

Instructions

Blend everything except for the chocolate chips in a high powdered blender until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener or peppermint flavor as desired.

After things melt a bit, do another good long blend on a high speed to get the milkshake to a thick and fluffy texture.

Add the chocolate chips and blend on lower speed for a bit to break up the chunks enough to fit through a straw. Enjoy!

Notes

*Or do your best with peppermint extract. I feel like peppermint oil tastes more “real.” I have personally never had good luck with peppermint extract not tasting like toothpaste, and a little goes a long way. Tip: instead of removing the foil seal from your bottle of extract, just poke a hole in it with the tip of a knife so it’s easier to get a little out at a time.

Feel free to mix and match the liquids (almond milk, half and half, and cream) to make this peppermint milkshake as creamy or as low calorie as you like. This was the sweet spot I found between creaminess and calorie overload.
