I have company this weekend, so this post is going to be short and sweet. Here’s a picture of me and my friend, Emily, who is at my house this weekend because she’s going to college 30 minutes from my house! That’s much improved from 600-something miles.
If you need something to do, you could watch Edward Gal and Moorlands Totilas (I’m learning how to ride dressage, guys! I am extremely blessed to be working for a lady who has trained dressage horses-not trained to the extent of Totilas here, but trained to do a lot more than I know how to do. Not only does she let me help exercise them, but she also gives me riding tips!):
Or you could take a look at this cool comparison of Western and English riding (specifically reining and dressage, which as you can see are surprisingly alike):

I’ve discovered that my house has like *no* good light spots, so I’m looking into some artificial lighting strategies. Check out this post from Pinch of Yum on how to use artificial lighting in food photography.

Dressage vs. Western,
I vote Western. 🙂 There is nothing more “beautiful” than a cowboy and his horse. Being from South Dakota I might be a little prejudiced.
I’m a Trim Healthy Mama as of December and am really enjoying your website and the recipes you post.
