What to expect from my email newsletter:
Generally 1-2 emails / week. These might include new recipes, lifestyle emails with random cell phone pictures from my daily life, or “themed” emails with seasonal recipes. Please note that all correspondence and blogging is subject to what’s going on in my personal life. Family comes first! Sometimes I fall off the internet for a year at a time. Usually when I’m pregnant.
THM and general healthy, family friendly food inspo. In my lifestyle emails I often share the food I’ve been eating to give you practical ideas! I have a very long background in THM (started the plan in 2013) but I’m branching out a bit broader now that I have a young family to feed and am usually either pregnant or nursing. I’ll try to mark non THM foods clearly so you’re not confused.
Lifestyle tidbits. Now that I have children I like to be a little more careful what I put out there on the internet, and email feels like a more private place to share pictures and family stuff. And pregnancy announcements. 😉
Sales. I really hate selling things, but sometimes I give a heads up about THM sales or monthly Tupperware fliers. I try to tack any sales onto the end of another email so as not to fill up your inbox.
New recipes/posts. My email subscribers are usually the first to find out about my new recipes or other blog posts! Even if you follow me on social media, there’s a good chance you won’t see all my posts. (Algorithms are tricky and always changing.) Email is the most reliable way to make sure you see it all, and you can unsubscribe (at the bottom of any email) at any time.
Seasonal recipes. I have hundreds – maybe a thousand? – recipes on my website from nearly a decade of blogging. Obviously a lot of these get forgotten! Periodically I send out “themed” emails with oldie-but-goodie recipes that you might like to try.
I’m not going to give away (or sell!) your info, and you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
