As you may have been able to tell by the recent sample menu I posted (for those who don’t want to cook), I have quick and easy recipes on the brain! Maybe because I keep traveling here, there, and everywhere, so I always feel like I’m either preparing to leave or catching up from being gone and automatically assume that everyone else is in the same hamster wheel that I find myself in. 😛 I don’t think any of you will mind having a list of more than 10 THM-friendly dinners in 10 ingredients or less. I asked my blogging friends to give me some of their best minimalist recipes – enjoy! I’ve marked the THM fuel types for your convenience as you meal plan. Keep your eye out for Saturday’s post – a roundup of easy side dish recipes to go with these entrees!

P.S. – I included salt and pepper as freebie ingredients. Hope ya don’t mind. 😉
P.P.S. – my cookbook, Necessary Food, includes lots of exclusive easy dinner and side dish recipes, so you might want to check it out if you don’t have it already! And…I’ll be releasing something special at the beginning of October, so keep your eyes peeled for more details in the next few weeks!

Thanks Briana for the Great recipes in “Necessary Food” Cookbook and the recipes you post almost daily. I’ve tried several and look forward to trying more when the weather gets a bit cooler.
You are so welcome, Kathy! Thanks for reading!
Thanks for the inspiration, Briana! I have a question about pasta. I’ve noticed that the Berillo brand has a lower carb count and higher protein level than the Dreamfields brand. Do you know if this is an acceptable pasta to use or is there a difference with the “coating” that you mentioned.
Hi Kari! I’m not familiar with that pasta – I’m sorry! Maybe try asking an admin over on one of the official THM Facebook groups?
Sorry, I’m not involved with FB, but I thought you might like to know…Barillo brand comes in a yellow box. For a 2oz serving size of spaghetti the total carb count equals 38g minus 4g of fiber and the protein equals 10g. In comparison, Dreamfields has 41g of carbs minus 5g of fiber with 7g of protein. If anyone knows more about special coating, please let me know!
Does the Barillo brand have a coating as well? That’s what sets Dreamfield’s apart even though it appears to have a high carb count, so unless Barillo has a coating, I’m guessing it’s not on plan, unfortunately.
Great round up, thanks for including me. Sharing this one!
