I received a free camera bag and camera strap from BagsByBethAnne in return for hosting a review and giveaway. All opinions are my own.
I’m so excited to team up with yet another inspiring young woman for a review and giveaway today! As a young entrepreneur myself, I love seeing other young people actively working towards dreams and goals (which is why I really enjoyed the music camp I just got back from attending in Harrisonburg, VA last week). Beth Anne is an inspiring young artist, and it’s been a pleasure to work with her.
Beth Anne is a young woman from Wisconsin who enjoys sewing. She has an Etsy shop that is full (and I mean full…she has no shortage of options) of beautiful bags of all sorts, which you can see here. When Beth asked me which bag I’d like to test out, my eyes immediately went to the camera bags. I enjoy photography and lug my camera to a lot of places, but I still don’t have a nice camera bag to protect my gear!
Don’t need a camera bag? Beth also sells clutches, purses in several different styles, messenger bags, wallets, essential oil bags, and more! She loves custom orders! Check out her Etsy page to learn about a sale she is currently offering to celebrate 300 sales.
To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Homemade purses and bags often look just as their name implies – homemade. However, when I pulled this camera bag out of the shipping box, I was extremely impressed at the materials and quality of workmanship. This bag is made of durable fabric in coordinating colors, stitched very neatly, and outfitted with multiple pockets and straps. My mom says it would make a great diaper bag, but for now, it’s housing my camera. 😛
This bag appears to be very well made and I honestly have no complaints or suggestions for how it could be made better. Beth obviously has a lot of sewing experience! I am impressed (and those who know me know that I am not easily impressed…haha).
The bag is roomy, closes with a zipper, and sports multiple interior and exterior pockets.
The bag includes a moveable padded divider that you can use to keep your camera and extra lenses from bumping each other.
Here you can see some of the exterior pockets:
Beth was kind enough to send me a camera strap that matches my new camera bag! It’s the same length as my old strap, but much prettier. Now there will be no chance of getting my camera mixed up with someone else’s.
