South Carolina
The children and I visited my family in SC while Ryan was in Togo, Africa, volunteering at a hospital for two weeks. We had a wonderful time and I loved seeing my children interact with their grandparents – and MY grandparents. We spent a lot of time outside with the horses and playing in the dirt. Uncle Josh jumped on the trampoline with Hadassah and showed her the kitties, Aunt Nikki gave many four wheeler rides (Hadassah’s favorite), and Aunt Katelyn gave the children much horse exposure.

Spring at Home
This spring felt extra special in a lot of ways – mostly because this was our last spring in Ohio. I saw flowers I hadn’t remembered seeing before. My flowering groundcover from two years ago – and the mint I planted last summer – is a lot more prolific. I managed to keep the deer out of my tulips at least for a few days to enjoy their blooms.

Mister Noah
Noah continues to charm us. He’ll be 11 months old this coming week and is practicing standing on his own, coming DOWN the stairs instead of just going UP, and crawling at cheetah speeds whenever he wants to get somewhere. He may be happy go lucky but he is every bit as energetic as Hadassah.

Love the pictures 💖 we have a friend that is a missionary who works at a hospital in Togo, his name is Greg Briggs, can’t help wonder if it’s the same hospital!
Ryan was at the Hospital of Hope in Mango =)
Love the pictures!! Thanks so much for sharing them with us-adorable!! It’s so beautiful and green where you are from and the horses are so amazing! 🙂
Ha! At 9 months or so you’re wondering who thought those little month photo props were a good idea:)
